This week’s quote, (commonly and incorrectly attributed to Thomas Jefferson) has us thinking on this Leap Day.  If you want something new, you’re going to have to take a big leap of faith and do something new.  What are you hoping to have?  Maybe it’s more customers, a big project, a new office location, or even your own company.

Maybe it’s starting a blog or a newsletter, attending a new tradeshow, or hiring a new team member.  Start small, but don’t be afraid of that new big thing.
